Matthew Gardiner Legge has been living on the Costa de Sol since 1994 when he first came over for a change of lifestyle. His cv reflects that most of his working life both here and in the UK have been involved in the property and - perhaps more importantly - the people business. In addition his longevity on the coast has ensured a comprehensive network of contacts!

Matthew has spent most of his working life in the property industry in both the UK and Spain. In 1985 he joined the West Country firm of Estate Agents, "Fulfords" before coming to the Costa del Sol in 1994. On his arrival in Spain, Matthew immediately launched himself into the Spanish property scene, managing an office for a local family Estate Agency, "Inmobiliaria Los Boliches" in Fuengirola. Three years later he took up the position of Sales & Marketing Director for Taylor Woodrow's luxury Gibraltar developments. After eight years in Gibraltar, Matthew has finally pooled his wealth of local and international property knowledge and comtinued the business, "Gardiner Legge Estates" in Castillo de la Duquesa.

Andalucian Country Living, headed by Sarah Stevens, has recently teamed up with Gardiner Legge Estates to provide a more comprehensive selection of country properties in stunning rural Andalucia.. After qualifying for her US Real Estate License she worked as a Realtor for Prudential in Laguna Beach, California before moving to Spain and now has a select portfolio of country properties to choose from.
